Lloyd ('Lloyd' / 'We' / 'Us'), provides you ('You' / 'Your') this Lloyd eStore services subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Agreement"). In addition, when you use any Lloyd eStore service, you may be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. Lloyd reserves the right to change the services provided through the eStore and/or these terms and conditions at any time. Lloyd retains the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated any terms of this Agreement. If you are under 18, you may use Lloyd eStore only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Accessing, browsing or otherwise using the site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this agreement, so please read this agreement carefully before proceeding.

Disclaimer: It is hereby informed by Lloyd that it has discontinued the use of the mark 'STORM' with respect to its air conditioners. All authorized dealers/ distributors are requested to discontinue the sale of the same.

Customers have to Authenticate Mobile No. through OTP and Email ID verification at the time of Product Registration to Receive Product Registration ID & Extended Warranty mail.

Please Note: Mobile number verification is mandatory via OTP, if in case customer is not able to verify his mobile number via OTP his product will be Temporary registered but with an Temporary Production Registration ID. An Informational SMS will be sent to the customer mentioning to verify his mobile. If customer does not verify his mobile number in stipulated time of 2 Weeks the Temporary Product Registration ID will automatically be deleted and his registration will be considered as void, resultant he / she will not be able to enjoy his Extended Warranty Benefits.


Your Account

You agree that any use on the Lloyd eStore is at your own risk and Lloyd is not responsible for it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Products sold on Lloyd eStore are not for people below aged 18, however any products available for children below age 18, can be bought by adults.

Trademark, Copyright and Restriction

All material and content on Lloyd eStore, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by us or by other parties that have licensed their material to us. Material on Lloyd eStore is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and you must not assist any other person to do so. Credit Card Details

Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment of Product(s) purchased at Lloyd eStore will be stored securely using a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer ('SSL') technology.

Credit card information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to Lloyd eStore Customer Service operators.

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on Lloyd eStore will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is un-lawfully owned or possessed by you, thus you must not pay or attempt to pay for Product(s) using fraudulent credit card information. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details on Lloyd eStore.

Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by Lloyd with any third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. Lloyd shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively yours.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, Lloyd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Lloyd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lloyd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.


Order once placed shall not be cancelled. Lloyd will not accept any cancellations against orders paid for using online mode of payment (credit/debit card and netbanking).

Lloyd reserves the right to accept or cancel orders for any reason. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Lloyd and accept Lloyd's decision regarding the cancellation. Lloyd also reserves the right to cancel your order in case of:

Refund policy

T&C - Happiness Meter Contest

  1. This contest is valid for Indian citizens based in India and are aged 18 or above.
  2. Contest duration will be of 7 weeks starting from 7th April 2018 till 27th May 2018. (both days are inclusive).
  3. Prizes will be dispatched within 45 days from the date of announcing the winners.
  4. The contest is open to fans of LLOYD Twitter & Facebook pages only. The participants must follow/like LLOYD on Twitter & Facebook respectively.
  5. Participants must visit the website: https://lloydhappinessmeter.com/ and click on the tab to participate in the #LloydHappinessMeter contest. Once the participant agrees to participate, he/she will be asked for social media login. Participant will then be asked to choose the team they are supporting for the current ongoing match, then participant can post unlimited happiness messages for the opposing team.
  6. The participants must write a message for the opposing teams using the hashtag #LloydHappinessMeter. Entries will be considered 'valid' only when it is approved by the moderator. Every approved post will carry one point.
    1. Participant with the highest number of approved messages posted during the contest as reflected in the contest leaderboard will win the grand prize i.e. 1.5 Ton Split AC.
    2. For the weekly grand prize, winner will be selected based on the quality of their Happiness Message. The message will be selected on discretion of the panel of judges at LLOYD. Weekly Prize to be 1 Ton Split AC.
    3. Best message for the day will win daily prize. Daily Prize to be Vouchers worth INR 500.
  7. LLOYD reserves the right to use any participant's post and name to create content and post on Lloyd's social media sites and the participants agree to such use of their posts.
  8. Participants posting/ sharing vulgar/ obscene images/comments shall be disqualified. No request shall be entertained in this aspect.
  9. The winners will be announced on LLOYD's official Facebook page and Twitter handle. Winners will be selected based on the quality and/or the quantity of their messages. Winners selection criteria will be at the discretion of the Lloyd team.
    1. Daily winner will be chosen every afternoon at 1 PM, the very next day of the match. This will be declared basis the participation every day from Monday to Saturday.
    2. Weekly winner will be chosen every Monday of the following week at 2 pm. This will be declared basis the participation of the previous week from Monday to Sunday.
  10. Once the winners are announced they must share their contact details, full address and ID proof through direct message, for the gratifications to be sent. Messages sent after 5 days from announcement of results on our Twitter & Facebook page will not be entertained for any reason whatsoever.
  11. The Prize shall not be transferable. No request shall be entertained in this aspect.

  16. LLOYD reserves the right to change/ modify terms and conditions and/ or criteria of the contest at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
  17. LLOYD shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft caused to the Prize(s) after it has been dispatched to the winner.
  18. The participant agrees to provide complete and correct information with respect to his/ her identity; contact details, age, and any such other information as may be required.
  19. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of LLOYD shall be final. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent Courts of Delhi. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Lloyd.
  20. The contest shall be void, if prohibited by law. In such a case Lloyd, shall not be liable to any compensation to any participant on any account.
  21. In case any participant's comment comes in a dispute claim, litigation, this person shall be fully responsible for indemnifying the company and the non-defaulting parties solely.
