Procedure And Claim Process

1. Havells India Limited (Company) will collect & consolidate the data received
2. Company will run the randomizer to generate the names of winners
3. Company will call the selected winner for necessary KYC & documentation
4. Company official from the branch, will visit & verify the product & invoice physically
5. Consumer KYC Requirement : PAN, Aadhar card, consent letter to collect the material from dealer store
6. Post verification, the Branch Manager will call and inform the customer for announcement of gift & the outlet details from where the gift is to be collected by the customer
7. Gift distribution subject to applicable TDS as per provision of Income Tax and receipt of TDS amount, we will communicate date/Place to collect the Gift.
8. Winner to receive the Gift from the nearest Brand Store available or at the nearest possible dealer point as selected by Branch team
9. POD of the product to be taken by the Branch Manager and submitted to branch commercial & Havells Marcom.
10. All applicable taxes & duties to be borne by the customer
11. All Havells employees & dependent family members are not eligible to avail this offer
