Shipping and Service

After order processing within 2 business days, we take 8-10 working days for the standard delivery.
Also, Delivery does NOT include product installation and removal of old products from your delivery address.  

We charge extra Installation charges on Air Conditioners only.

For product installation, customer has to raise the service request through our toll free numbers/website/Mobile App.

All our shipments contain valuable electronics and we like to ensure that our customers receive their products safely. In case, if you are not available at the delivery address, consider someone you trust to be available to sign for your package.
